Who:

All women and female-identifying people interested in learning more about their ADHD, executive functioning, and becoming their authentic selves are invited to attend!

Those who are seeking to deepen their understanding of their experience of ADHD, would like to share or learn from other’s experiences, and/or would like to feel a sense of community in building self-concepts and self-expression would be a great fit for this group.

*You do NOT need to be an existing Hallowell Todaro client to attend this group.

Cost:

$250 for 4 sessions

Over the course of four sessions, we will explore topics such as embracing strengths, acknowledging challenges, practicing self-compassion, and cultivating mindful awareness.

Lynde Alvarez

Lynde Alvarez, LCSW

About Lynde

Lynde Alvarez is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with diverse clinical experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in a variety of clinical settings. She is passionate about supporting and empowering people toward becoming their best selves.

Lynde completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Hunter College in New York City. She conducted behavioral research at NYC’s prestigious Museum of Natural History’s Comparative Psychology Department. She later earned her Master’s of Social Work from San Jose State University.

Lynde is certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, Grief Counseling, and is a Certified ADHD Clinical Service Provider. She has completed training in Somatics, Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and several other modalities to support the unique goals of her clients.

Lynde is a lifelong learner and draws upon her experience raising two sons and being a member of a highly diverse family. She is an accomplished professional analog photographer, professional pastry chef, a certified scuba diver for over 20 years, and a passionate gardener. She enjoys non-fiction audiobooks, podcasts, live music, and traveling the world. Lynde has lived in the Bay Area for over 16 years.
