We provide online ADHD and Executive Function Coaching to clients across the United States and beyond. However, please note that we cannot provide any of our diagnostic, therapeutic, or medication services to clients outside of Washington and California.
Important Information for New Clients

Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center is an out-of-network provider and is not currently contracted with any insurance providers, public or private. In most instances, coaching services are not eligible for reimbursement by insurance as the insurance industry does not recognize coaching as a medical procedure. There is not an official procedure or CPT code for these services. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm out-of-network coverages prior to scheduling.

For all new coaching-only clients, we require an initial evaluation so that we can better understand their individual needs and goals. From there, clients can choose to continue meeting with the coach weekly, or bi-weekly for as little or as long as they would like.

For Parent Coaching clients, the Parent Coach will conduct the 90-minute initial consultation, assess the client's situation, and develop a parent coaching plan based on their personal parenting needs.

Telehealth is available for both initial consultations and coaching sessions. We do ask that clients continue to follow our cancellation policy.
