Diagnostic ONLY Services

  • Diagnostic only with a licensed therapist: $875 (up to 120 minutes)

  • Psychiatric Diagnosis and Consultation ( no ongoing services included): $2395

    • Made up of 2 sessions, (90 min/45 min in person)

Ongoing Services

Initial Intake Appointment: $400 (up to 60 min) - used to reassess diagnosis, determine goals and ongoing treatment plan.

Ongoing Services:

  • Individual Therapy Session: $260 (up to 45 minutes)

  • Family Therapy/Parent Support Session: $300  (up to 60 minutes)

  • Couples Therapy Session: $300 (up to 60 minutes)

  • Therapist lead - Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: $675 (up to 180 min)

  • Therapist lead - Couples Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: $975 (up to 180 min)

  • Physician lead - Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: (up to 150 min): $1050

Coaching 

  • Coaching Program Intake: $225 (60 minutes)

  • Coaching Session: $145 (up to 50 minutes)

School-Based Services  

  • Initial Intake: $650.00 (90 minutes) - new clients

  • Accommodations work - 2-3 sessions: $260.00/session

Psychiatric Medical Assessment

  • Appointment #1 - up to 90 minutes, $1,250

  • Appointment #2 - up to 45 minutes, $695**

  • Appointment #3 - up to 25 minutes, $515-595*

* Fee based on provider

**Clients are required to attend the second appointment in person at our Mountain View office.
